A Botanical Resonance Sound Bath is an immersive listening experience that brings together living plants, technology, live musical performance, and meditative practice.
 

Using a specialized device connected to plant roots and leaves, subtle changes in a plant’s electrical activity are translated into musical notes and sounds. Because that activity is constantly changing, the resulting music is dynamic and unpredictable—creating an evolving botanical soundscape that is different every time.
 

During each session, an immersive soundscape evolves as live musical performance responds to the plant-generated music in real time, weaving it together with singing bowls, chimes, percussion, and ambient electronic sound. The result is part sound bath, part live improvisational performance, and part invitation to experience the natural world in an entirely different way.

Deep Listening

Unlike a traditional musical performance, there is nothing participants need to follow, understand, or accomplish. You’re invited simply to get comfortable, close your eyes if you wish, and listen.
